Union Square Music, The Soho Collection
On this day in 2002 I started work on the first title of The Soho Collection – The Golden Years of Frank Sinatra for Union Square Music. Working closely with a colleague, David McGeachie, I provided initial concepts, design and finished artwork for the 3CD Box Set.
The Soho Collection is a series of deluxe low price 3CD Sets. Superb sound quality, extensive sleeve notes and outstanding artwork quickly established the series as the pre-eminent label of its kind in the market.
For the next four years I designed 48 titles in the range with best sellers including `The Golden Years Of Nat King Cole’, ‘The Magical Music Of Andrew Lloyd Webber’ and of course ‘The Golden Years Of Frank Sinatra’.
